[Audio] Voice Chat input and output devices remain set to System Default
The voice chat device selector stays on System Default, and its arrows do not switch to your other devices.

- Player is on the main menu and has opened the options screen. The player navigates to the audio settings to configure the voice chat input and output devices.
- Steps to reproduce
- 1. Launch the build 0.0.9.4 and proceed to the main menu. 2. Open the options menu. 3. Navigate to the audio section. 4. Locate the voice chat input device and voice chat output device settings. 5. Attempt to change the voice chat input device from system default. 6. Attempt to change the voice chat output device from system default. 7. Observe that the player is unable to select any other input/output devices.

- The Voice Chat Input Device and Voice Chat Output Device remain set to System Default and cannot be changed to another device.

- The player should be able to select and assign a specific input and output device for Voice Chat instead of being restricted to System Default.
