Thorn Guardian grab chains during the Matriarch fight

At the start of the Thorn Matriarch fight in v0.0.9.9, several Thorn Guardians can chain vine grabs, repeatedly holding or staggering the player with little recovery time. Enemy numbers and spawn rates around the boss are being rebalanced. Dodge to break a vine wrap, or burn it away with fire; deal with the Guardians before focusing the Matriarch.
