This notice applies to information submitted through Cryptid Forge Studios application, testing, hardware, survey, feedback, bug-report, and individualized agreement workflows.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, which may include contact details, experience, availability, hardware specifications, portfolio links, resumes, gameplay and build details, crash information, logs, save files, screenshots, short video clips, agreement recipient details, typed electronic signatures, signature timestamps, IP address and browser information used for an agreement audit record, and other supporting materials.

Why we collect it

Information is used to evaluate applications, coordinate testing or collaboration, understand player feedback, reproduce and resolve game issues, contact submitters, prepare and execute person-specific agreements, verify electronic-signature activity, administer private access, and maintain appropriate studio QA, opportunity, and agreement records.

How it is handled

Submission records and uploaded files are stored for private studio review. They are not intended for sale or public display. Do not submit highly sensitive personal identifiers, financial information, passwords, unrelated personal data, or confidential material you do not have permission to share.

Questions or removal requests

Contact Marketing@CryptidForgeStudios.com to ask a privacy question or request removal of an application, feedback, hardware-profile, or bug-report record. Executed agreement and signature records may be retained when reasonably necessary to document the parties' legal obligations, protect confidential information, administer access, or comply with applicable law.
